«A wonderful stay in the center of Lisbon with friendly staff, thoughtful details, daily housekeeping»
+This hotel honestly exceeded our expectations. I was a little worried that the room might feel too small, but for two people it was actually very comfortable. We also had a surprisingly spacious bathroom, with enough room to move around and keep our toiletries and personal things, which made the stay much more convenient. The room had a fridge, kettle, tea, and daily housekeeping, which added a lot of comfort. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every morning they gave us recommendations on where to go that day, what interesting events were happening, and provided maps and useful tips. It really made our stay feel more personal. Coffee was also available at reception in the morning, and at the end of our stay we received a very sweet handwritten note, which was a lovely touch and really made us smile. The location is also excellent. The hotel is in the city center, close to public transport, including tram 28 and the metro. Many central areas, viewpoints, and the waterfront are also within walking distance.
−Honestly, we did not have any significant complaints. Everything was comfortable and well organized, and the hotel offered much more than we expected for the price.

+A localização fica num lugar muito bom, de fácil acesso apesar das subidas comuns de lisboa :) Os quartos não são muito grandes, mas não foi um problema, o chuveiro é excelente! Internet funcionou perfeitamente mas o destaque está na equipe, já explico. Anjo azul não tem elevador, só escadas então quando chegamos o Miguel levou as nossas malas pra cima e além de nos receber muito bem - como todos da equipe muito atenciosos - mas ele possui uma simpatia sem fim. Isso elevou a nossa expectativa com os hotéis seguintes da viagem ahahha

+Le personnel est exceptionnel, d'une extrême gentillesse et d'u' grand professionnalisme. Le service de chambre est de la plus grande qualité dans les moindres détails. Un grand merci à Miguel et au staff, vous nous avez permis de passer un moment inoubliable. Merci pour vos conseils quotidiens votre accueil, Merveilleux et l'emplacement est idéal.

+The location was fantastic- walking distance to all old-town locations and items, but also in a quiet portion so there was 0 sleep interruption. The team was also extremely welcoming and helpful. They were excited to hear our plans for the day and offered great advice- from walking routes that are most direct, to travel advice with our day trips to Sintra and Evora. The beds and living quarters were extremely clean and well kept. I would stay again, and suggest this to friends and family!

+Världens bästa värdar!!!!! Elena var en jätte trevlig och söt kvinna som hjälpt oss under hela resan. Gav oss massa tips för olika sevärdheter, men även vad man hålla utkik för!

+Şehir merkezine göre oldukça iyi bir konumda. Elena ve Miguel'in yardımseverliği, nezaketi ve kibarlığı inanılmazdı. Son günümüzde bize küçük tatlı bir not da bıraktılar, çok zarif bir jestti. :) Odalar günlük temizleniyor, mis gibi. Güvenlik konusunda resepsiyonda mutlaka 7/24 biri bulunuyor. Rahatsız edici bir gürültü yok, konum, hizmet, iletişim olarak 10/10 çok keyifli bir deneyimdi bizim için.
−Tek handikapı odalar çok küçük ve asansör yok, 4 kat yukarı çıkmak özellikle gün sonunda Lizbon'un yokuşlarından sonra biraz zorlayıcıydı. :(

+La disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia dello Staff tutto (da 10 e Lode). La pulizia (giornaliera). La buona posizione rispetto al Centro Città.
−Il fatto che la stanza fosse al 4° piano senza ascensore e che le dimensioni della stanza fossero un pò esigue rispetto al prezzo pagato (un pò caro consoderando ciò che ho scritto prima) ma ho notato che a Lisbona i prezzi degli alloggi, Hotels, B&B ecc ... sono un pò alti in genere ...
