‘Sunsets at their best’
+The private access to the sea is fantastic and it’s a beautiful swimming spot. It lives up to its name - the sunsets are just spectacular. Breakfast is very good and the staff were really helpful.
−Try to avoid room 201 if you want to sleep in, as it’s just next to the restaurant. Music starts early, and people chatting late at night. Speaking of the restaurant - prices were excessive.

‘Perfect accom in Kas, with incredible views and lovely staff.’
+We spent 4 nights in one of the bungalows as part of our honeymoon trip, and it was such a highlight of our trip! The bungalow was very clean and comfortable and the balcony had incredible views of the sea and surrounding islands, we were very happy just spending time on the balcony or in our air conditioned room with the beautiful views. The staff were some of the loveliest people we have met - they were so helpful with tips on things to do, the food and service was always so great and genuine, they did laundry for us, and everything felt very homely. Breakfasts were always delicious with lots of variety and we had dinner at the hotel 3 of the 4 nights we were there because the food was great and you have an incredible view of the sunset from the restaurant terrace every evening. The private sea access and lounge chairs/huts meant you didn’t have to fight for parking at one of the crowded public beaches. We borrowed snorkelling gear from reception one day and went swimming with a turtle right by the hotel’s private sea access. We had a rental car during our stay which was really handy for going into Kas each day (there are lots of great shops and cafes in Kas, and it’s about a 10-

‘I enjoyed the stay overall, mainly due to the location and the amazing host and his team.’
+The host and his team are exceptionally kind, generous and supportive. I appreciated their company and help quite a lot. I also liked the location, far away from the crowded parts of the city, and the fact that the hotel has its own access to the sea and very elegant and comfortable shaded platforms with sun beds.
−Our room had some mould in the bathroom and the bedroom had just a small window onto the breakfast area.

‘It’s was quite lovely but the two things I would say were not great: 1 there is no food nor drinks service when you go d’
+The property is very quaint and the sea views are magnificent
−The fact that it has a swimming pool because there are no sun beds in the sun at the sea - there are only sun beds undercover of shade
