‘The place looked quite pretty although very secluded and with no services at all’
+We arrived after a long journey and they requested we cancel. They had no restaurant, no shuttle, no food, no bike rental or taxi service and couldnt help with excursions and basically said cancel. After 4 days of calling to request the free cancellation promised we received it.
−Terrible service

‘Stunning place, worth a visit!’
+What a gorgeous place to stay. The aesthetics were beautiful, our group filled the villas and it was such a treat to have the whole place to ourselves. The staff were helpful and accommodating.
−The place is quite isolated but that didn’t bother us, you just need to be prepared before arriving which we were.

‘New interesting place’
+I stayed at Plaiphu Pool Villas for 4 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the excellent staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. The villas are set in a stunning location surrounded by beautiful nature, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I was also very impressed by how clean and aesthetically pleasing everything was; the design is truly beautiful and well-maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The traditional-style breakfasts were delicious and gave a great taste of local flavors every morning . If you are looking for a quiet, scenic getaway in Phang Nga with top-notch service, I highly recommend this place! Thanks!
−The hotel needs to add new mattresses to the bed. It's ok to sleep on them, but I'd like something a little more comfortable.

‘Amazing place with Superb atmosphere’
+This place is a hidden gem. Of course you cannot expect from it a resort hotel, its in the nature, but i has absolute "genius loci". When you wake up in the morning, you hear birds, water flowing, goose and rooster screaming and it gently massagges your soul with calmness. Its a special place, which covers all its imperfections with atmosphere. Dinner you can order from the locals and they bring it to you. Breakfast is very funny, but tasty! It is a but far away from everything, but you can rent a scooter there, we came by car so no issue at all!
−Bar is not working, its a pity, but to be honest, amazing close by shop covers for it. Its open every day until 21:00 so we were able to get all we needed.
