‘Big rooms good facilities but very remote location’
+Rooms were big, staff were friendly and helpful
−Too far and very remote location. Nothing close by. The property is a very newly constructed and nothing close by

‘It had been a marvelous stay’
+The facility is excellent and I enjoyed my stay there, I will definitely come back again. Although the location is a bit out of place.
−The bathroom water is spilling a lot, they need to change it.

‘Maybe nice once they are ready, but shouldn't be open yet.’
+This is a new property. Gym was great.
−WiFi didn't work. Pool didn't work. AC didn't work (they moved us to a room it did). It's a new property working out issues and charging full prices but they are not ready yet.

‘The hotel is not yet finished and it shows. The full price for the room is not justified and the food was overpriced and’
+Nice pool
−Hotel Not fully finished . Breakfast was not prepared and what we’ve received was not what we’ve expected for that price (we’ve seen inter hotels in Tansania for a lower price with a better offer. We went to the restaurant for lunch and in the menu there have been no prices for main courses. I asked the chef and I got told that it’s 20.000 TZS. What we got was a loveless piece of meat on a plate with fries and a few splashes of BBQ sauce and the price in the end was 30.000 TZS which is a European price. That was really disappointing and not what I expect from a hotel like this.
