‘Very disappointing’
+This was supposed to be the best hotel of our stay in Peru an it turned out to be the opposite. The shower had mold. The room was not cleaned on the second day, apparently you have to explicitly request cleaning, which was not the case even in cheaper hotels. One night after a long day I used the hot tub, which was nice but the experience was completely ruined because there was no hot water to shower after, so I had to take a cold shower after the jacuzzi. Not pleasant. Also they send you a text message for your breakfast choices which is completely inane because breakfast is made o order when you sit anyway, it's a waste to get a mediocre breakfast in the capital of amazing food so I skipped it despite being included in the price.

+Staff and service is fantastic! However, the rooms are not soundproof, as advertised, and there seems to be a lot of people and construction noise around the property at all hours of the day and into the night.

+Great location- close to many restaurants and Lacromar and the ocean. It had the essentials like a wardrobe, and desk. The room even had a patio which was a lot of extra space for the double room. It was very clean with hot showers and great wifi for remote work! The staff were very nice and accommodating- providing a breakfast every morning!

‘Funcionarios otimos, politica horrivel.’
Nao voltaria nunca neste hotel.
