‘Perfect location and Great value for Money!’
+Excellent location in the middle of Tulum, just 2 blocks from downtown Tulum. It's GOOD to keep a short distance from the non-stop music. Many restaurants around, not a problem for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ADO bus station is on the Right of the main street, 10-15 mins walk; A taxi service center is on the Left of the main street, 5 mins walk. Room is small but cozy and clean. Wifi is smooth, Air-conditioning works well. The Hotel host, Mr. Jose Antonio very nice and helpful, he always make us feel warm. I would recommand this place if you would like to stay in town of Tulum.

+It is a small property without the bells and whistles of a large chain which enhances the experience. Very friendly service, room has everything you need and the location is very convenient. Jose had great suggestions for things to do and we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

+I like that the hotel is completely enclosed with locking gate. Although I arrived at night and wasn't sure where to find the entrance. Look for the doorbell! The pool is very small, the courtyard is beautiful. Room was clean with everything you need; bottled water, soap, shampoo, AC. Highly recommend.
