‘Heel matig.’

−Bed was matig. In de badkamer veel stofwolken. Ontbijt van tevoren klaargezet: droge supermarktbroodjes. Ligging aan een drukke weg. Lastig in- en uitrijden.

+Locatie en de bedden waren heerlijk.
−De auto komt direct op de straat uit, en je moet nog een poort openen. Eigenaresse komt wel direct aangelopen om je te helpen.

+De sfeervolle inrichting, gebruik van koelkast en magnetron en de locatie voor de activiteiten die we wilden doen.
−Het ontbijt is beneden niveau: voorverpakte broodjes van lage kwaliteit, te weinig voor 3 dagen en het werd niet aangevuld. Toegang tot het perceel met auto is lastig vanwege hek en drukke weg. Huis was gehorig. Slaapkamer aan de kleine kant.

+The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast that was left was generous: bread for toasting, butter, ham, cheese, jam, a mini croissant, muesli, yoghurt, milk and tea. Good to have a parking space too. It was a good location for visiting my friend in Benenden hospital. I visited Sissinghurst Castle Gardens which is lovely and only a short drive away. I also went to see the steam train leave from Tenterden. If I'd had more time I would have travelled on the train to Bodiam Castle. I recommend 'Brew and Brunch' in Tenterden for good coffee and pastries. Overall, The Brindles is a comfortable place to stay, with just a short drive to amenities and pretty places to visit.
−As a new driver, I found it a bit tricky to exit the driveway, but Melody, (the owner), kindly helped me. More experienced drivers probably wouldn't find it difficult.
