+The hotel and the gardens are beautiful, superbly maintained and the food and the staff are excellent. Its a large complex, where you can always find a quiet spot or mix with the crowd, whatever suits you. The room we had was amazing, with a huge bathroom a lounge area and a jacuzzi on the veranda with a view over the ocean.
−There are a couple of things you need to know. Firstly, this is advertised as an all inclusive, which it really isn't. There are several restaurants two of which are al-le-carte and are chargeable, all premium drinks are chargeable and even some beers, there is an ice cream kiosk which is chargeable, a healthy drinks kiosk which is chargeable and the one which surprised me the most was that in your room, and mine was a premium room, there is a mini fridge which is stocked with a few soft drinks, which are not chargeable but once they are gone they charge you to replace them. So depending on your buget and view on this, it's worth noting. The second thing is the beach, this is a stunning long stretch of powder white sand, which unfortunately is suffering the same fate as a lot of beaches round the world, seaweed. There was quite a lot of it around when we were there, this may or may not bother you because you cannot sit on the beach anyway because it's a public beach and the hotels are not allowed to put sunbeds on the beach, which is something I was not aware of. ‘Molto bello!’
+Cibo un po' ripetitivo, ma almeno conservato bene e buona parte cucinato sul momento. Molto apprezzata la silent pool, anche se purtroppo non tutte le persone rispettano la zona del silenzio. Caratteristico vedere diversi animali girare per il villaggio (babbuini, antilope dik dik, lemuri). Spiaggia di sabbia bianca profonda, mare molto bello quando non ci sono le alghe.
−Troppi venditori ambulanti sulla spiaggia, molto invadenti e insistenti. Campo da tennis poco manutenuto. Poca acqua dalla doccia.

+Junior ocean view suite with a hot tub . Staff very friendly & attentive. Evening entertainment was brilliant. Food was varied
−10am check out , if want late checkout have to pay 75% of room fee to keep till 4pm plus extra charge to take advantage of AI for the day after 10am. Have to pay extra for premium drinks. AI cocktails not great. Constant hassle on the beach by beach vendors

‘Hotel bardzo komfortowy z dobrym jedzeniem obsługą i zapleczem rekreacyjno - sportowym’
+Obiekt położony na dużym obszarze z pięknie utrzymanym ogrodem, tuż przy plaży .Pokoje przestronne z balkonem i widokiem na ocean. Jedzenie urozmaicone z możliwością wyboru potraw wegetariańskich oraz kuchni hinduskiej - chociaż ja nie przepadałem, Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna ,uśmiechnięta i skora do pomocy. Wieczorami występy artystyczne, kilka basenów w tym jeden infinity, można było znaleźć dla siebie odpowiednie miejsce np. żeby poczytać. Dobrze wyposażona siłownia oraz zaplecze innych sportów - dwa korty tenisowe ze sztuczna nawierzchnią. Pomimo sporej wilgotności brak komarów. Możliwość wypożyczenia skuterów wodnych - podziękowania dla instruktorów Francisa i Samiego za asekurację na skuterze, a także centrum nurkowe - nie korzystałem .
−teren resortu powiększany o nowe bungalowy i pawilony mieszkalne - trwały prace budowlane ale nie były mocno uciążliwe dla gości, slaby internet w pokojach, klimatyzacja ustawiona centralnie w pokojach na 21 stopni Celsjusza, przy większej liczbie gości problemy na stołówce ze dostawą czystych kubków i filiżanek, lunch od 13.00 tylko do 14.30, ( na szczęście od 16.00 działały bary przekąskowe przy basenach. Mieliśmy problem z zamówieniem przez recepcjonistę taksówki na lotnisko - prosiliśmy o pojazd na 6 osób z dużym bagażem ( 6 dużych i 5 małych walizek ) a przyjechała taksówka do której ledwo się sami zmieściliśmy a część bagaży była upchana na przednim siedzeniu obok kierowcy - proponuje zawsze potwierdzać wynegocjowana cenę przejazdu na dokumencie z recepcji bo nasz przejazd kosztował drożej niż zostało to ustalone.

+We had a really lovely stay at this resort. The environment was beautiful and very peaceful, which made it a perfect place to relax as a family. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ club. Our child could spend time there interacting and playing with other children, and also enjoyed swimming with them. It gave us some time to relax while knowing our child was having fun. The food was very good, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely visit this resort again. Highly recommended, especially for families with children!

−Reception is very rude mostly to African natives both on phone and physical contact. I did an online booking for two nights but when I called they casually told me to come and pay when checking in, only to be told my booking was cancelled 😔. Was so disappointed with it. Had to look for another hotel (DIANI REEF). We really enjoyed the stay, good reception, the customer service was very 😊👍. I would recommend it to any other person. At least I got consolation at the facility.
