+Pulizia dell'appartamento e letti comodi.

‘Estressante e Decepcionante’

‘Scammers. Avoid if you can’
+Location
−They ask for a 200€ damage deposit and haven't refunded it. After the stay they accused us of stealing two hand towels. When I explained that there weren't any hand towels provided, they picked on me, why I haven't informed them about that... When I wrote how I should have known that there should be hand towels, they accused us of leaving dirty dishes in the dish washer and recyclable garbage and informed us that they won't give the deposit back. When I confronted them that they hadn't provided garbage bags, dish washer tablets, toilet paper and hand soap. They responded, that it's luxuryties and that they are not obligated to provide it. Meanwhile, their house rules states that the above mentioned amenities will be provided. Due to lack of garbage bags we could properly recycle garbage. Organics we have thrown away. It seems, that they don't really care how their guests will get rid of garbage. If you want vacations without the surprise of losing 200€ just for nothing, avoid them.

‘You will have to pay for the deposit, but it is worth of it.’
+The man from the agency (Vladimiro) was very hospitable and of service for everything we asked. The apartment was very clean, with everything we needed: washing and dish machine, hair dryer, nice dishes, etc.
−Before you arrive, you will be contacted by the agency. You will have to sign an agreement and pay 200 € for the deposit. That is something we did not know and was a bit annoying at the time.
