‘Very nice place, excellent location, great price. No extras, but that's no issue.’
+15 Bronant is a modern house where two or three rooms on the first floor are used for guests. One the same floor you have the shared toilet and bathroom. Everything is really clean and well kept. In your room you're find everything needed to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee. The house is situated on a small housing estate just off the main road meaning you can be out the door and on your way in one or two minutes. Despite the closeness to the main road you don't hear cars at all. A little down the road you have an indian restuarant and a chippy. Across and up the road a bit (5 minute walk) there's a supermarket and post office. A little further in town (8 minute walk the other way) I discovered an icecream parlour (a scoop of 'welsh cake' is recommended) and a bar. My stay here was merely for a place to sleep while visiting and exploring neighbouring Hay-on-Wye for a few days (books, books, books!) with a few fellow elderly gits. I recommend 15 Bronant and would defnitely stay here again if the situation arises.
−There's extremely little to fault. They don't serve breakfast, but that was known prior to booking and not something that I needed. One thing I was struggling with was the tv in the room. I wanted to watch the late news broadcast but gave up after 10 minutes of trying the various apps on the tv set. Another thing to be aware of is the fact you use a code to enter the front door and your room. Note they do have vobs for those that have problems remembering/entering codes. Also, the room is a little noisy. You can clearly hear the tv from the neighbouring room.

‘Great room, shame about the noise’
+Great property, great location and incredible value for money! Such a comfy bed, super big TV for relaxing and had all the facilities you might need.
−My only issue is that the walls are really thin between the rooms and the person next door to me was SO loud. She had dogs that were endlessly barking and running up and down the room making it impossible to relax. I probably wouldn’t stay again which is a shame because everything else was great.

−The keypad on the front door. It was really fiddly and it took many attempts to get the illuminated keypad to appear so that I could punch in the code. I was so concerned that I wouldn't be able to get back into the property that I didn't risk leaving the house on my second evening.
