+Rustige plek op het platteland. Uitzicht op schapen, koeien en een berg. Prachtig huisje, smaakvol ingericht. Genoten. Fietsen in de buurt is mogelijk, maar veel over de weg. Voor mensen die rust zoeken een heerlijke plek.

‘Wonderful and comfortable private farm stay in a beautiful place!’
+It's a wonderful standalone space on a beautiful lovely farm - with cows, sheep, farms and hills surrounding you. There's easy free parking, and you're only 15 minutes from Falkland - also filled with history, hikes and beauty. I was there to attend a friend's wedding at Balbirnie House and it is less than 15 minutes away. It may not offer top luxury, but that's not the point it definitely offers clean modern comfort and convenience - including a nice sower bathroom, small bedroom and living area with kitchen conveniences so you can also save on restaurants. Anne is lovely but also gives guests space. She and her team also recently opened a wonderful little breakfast and lunch restaurant right on the property. I loved it and ate breakfast there virtually every day. Thank you for the hospitality, Anne!

‘A view of beautiful hills and a farm’
+It was great to be able to chill out in my own little space. It's so difficult to find self-catering for 1, and this fits that perfectly. The bed was firm which was good for me.
−No complaints. If you eat indoors it's at a breakfast bar and that isn't my style but that is literally the only thing I can think of.

+Charming place with a beautiful view and lovely owners! The photos of the sprawling lands don’t do the place justice. It was exactly what I thought it was going to be based on the photos. Highly recommended!!!

‘Nice and peaceful stay in a nice accommodation’
+Property fitted out to a high spec and nice and bright with the large front window. Kitchen is very well equipped for your needs. The sunset behind the Lomond Hills was amazing! Plenty of facilities nearby too, plenty shops, things to do and also takeaway which deliver, which isn't always the case when so rural.
−The mattress was very comfortable, too firm (which is slightly personal preference) but also found it lumpy. Curtains in the bedroom let in a lot of light, would suggest could do with either blackout curtains or also a blind. A gate or fence beside the main door to separate between the garage and the property. The drives are separated by a fence so not having something by the door felt more strange.

+Great location for a quiet weekend away Views were fantastic watched some lambs being born very tranquil. The location was very central for travelling to st Andrew's and other small villages.
