‘Brilliant location. Fantastic host.’
+I stayed here last year. The rooms are big and defintelty get one with the lake side view. Really pretty. You will be added to the host by whatasap and he will answer any of your questions and provide useful tips.
−The neighbour was very loud. TV playing throughout the night. it was two nights in a row. It's annoying as otherwise would have been a great stay like last year. last year was fine so dont let it put you off.

‘Clean, welcoming, safe, beautiful decor, amazing sauna, stunning views, friendly staff, PRIVATE FISH POND WOW!’
+Where do I start! The staff were absolutely wonderful, during my stay I had Alice, Liam and Tony taking care of me. I checked in late on my first night, but they have 24/7 reception and they were so incredibly accommodating. As a woman travelling alone, safety was important to me, but the neighbourhood felt so warm and safe. They let me know that they offered a laundering service (for only 50,000dong per kg! So affordable). The first two nights I stayed in the sauna room, and it was just lovely, the sauna was so comforting and clean, they give you essential oils to mix in the water, and straight after the sauna I would soak in the bath which was so large and relaxing. It also had an open air balcony and garden which was just lovely. The next two nights I stayed in the fish pond room, and WOW! I can’t rate this room (or should I say apartment) highly enough, it was so beautiful, clean, and soo large, with its own kitchen, lounge room and private fish pond and balcony with a view of the entire lake, so so beautiful!! They even give you fish food to feed the fish in your spare time 💗 absolutely wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming back.
−I have no negative feedback, just a 10/10 experience.

+The bed was comfy and really clean. They also got a 2 way air conditioner, which is something most other apartments rarely have. Met the receptionist - Viet, he was very enthusiastic and guided us everything we needed for the stay.

‘Beautiful lake views, unique suites, and an exceptional team’
+We stayed at MoonLight Tay Ho for three weeks and can highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, right between West Lake and Truc Bach Lake, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while still being very central. The Old Quarter is only about 2 km away, and the views over both lakes are wonderful. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. A special thank you to Liem, Hoang Anh, and Viet, who were always there whenever I needed assistance, whether it was arranging a SIM card, getting cash, or simply providing advice and guidance about Hanoi. During the first half of my stay, I stayed in the Junior Suite with Terrace on the 9th floor. The rooftop garden is absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained,a peaceful green oasis in the middle of Hanoi. For the second half, I moved to the Garden View Suite on the 8th floor, which was an especially unique experience. Waking up next to a beautiful Zen garden and koi fish pond high above Hanoi was something truly special. The suite itself is enormous, with a luxurious loft-like atmosphere, beautiful decoration, and stylish, high-quality furniture. After three weeks, thi

+good location; smooth check in; room as per description
−no iron board available; booked airport transfer via Moonlight. Pick up for inbound was seamless but for hotel to airport leg driver was late - by 15 minutes - which was quite a stress at 6am in the morning

+It’s in a great location of Tay Ho. Not in the hustle and bustle but still in Tay Ho. Beautiful view and awesome area to go for walks and bike rides without all the heavy traffic. The room I stayed in also has a Khoi pond which is so nice to come home to after a long day

‘We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Moonlight Tay Ho hotel. Tony was very helpful and pleasant.’
+I loved how Tony was so helpful and nice. I loved the view of the lake and the location next to 2 coffee shops.
−The bed was a bit hard. Other than that, we loved it.
