Hotel is on top of the bar. Right outside of our room, is the facility air condition unit, very nozzy. Luckily it turned off after 11:00. We did ask room to check to change the other side of the building, unfortunately there is no similar room left. Other than that, room is small but clean and the stuff are friendly.

Second stay this week but got a queen room this time. Was extremely pleased with my room. Clean, comfortable with a huge shower in a large bathroom. Staff, hotel ambience and meals were again, very good . I feel very comfortable as a solo female traveller on this occasion, to stay and eat a meal in nice surroundings. One of my favourite best on budget stays. Common kitchenette area available. Walking distance to shopping Centre

The single room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. Even with the hotel pumping for footy finals, the noise was quite full and didn't disturb me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The meals were very good. I needed to rebook in the area so decided to return to The Figtree Hotel

Quite a small room, but that was ok, but our Double room with a (tiny) ensuite sat next to the hotel’s industrial air conditioning unit which ran all night. The shower also was quite dirty around the base. Car parking was extremely difficult and totally unsecured.

Tiny room. So noisy probably would’ve got more sleep if I’d actually pulled up the bed inside the bus stop, it was at the traffic lights overlooking the road and there are so many hoons wanting you to hear how noisy their cars are all night.!
