El contacto por WhatsApp está disponible en cualquier momento, localizable y dispuesto a solucionar los problemas. Sin embargo, bajo la puntuación debido al mal mantenimiento del apartamento.
−El contacto se realiza todo vía WhatsApp, y puede que sea una IA. Sé que no era así porque la persona tenía que venir el último día y coincidíamos por casualidad. Faltan cubiertos para 4 personas. Solo hay 4 vasos, y además son distintos. Hay desorden en las cosas: en cada armario encuentras algo diferente. Las paredes están sucias y las cortinas no cierran bien. La ducha también estaba sucia. Solo te dan una llave, así que si vas con dos parejas, hay que estar pendiente. Parece parte de un apartamento más lujoso, pero le falta una gestión de calidad. No había tostadora, ni cafetera italiana, ni trapos para secar en la cocina. Son detalles que una gestión de referencia debería controlar. Olía a cloaca. Lo avisamos y querían arreglarlo, pero eso no debe pasar si hay una gestión profesional de hospedería.

„High end luxury apartment in the very centre of Naples.“
+The apartment is in the very centre of Naples, super location to see all the sights. It’s one of the most beautiful designer apartments that I have come across via Booking. Communication with the host was incredibly easy, Antonio was amazing, he stayed up till 2am to let us in, also allowed us to leave our bags for a few extra hours after check out. His assistance was unparalleled. I cannot recommend NAP apartments high enough.

„Was unclean and unhygienic“

−The apartment looked great in the photos, but unfortunately, the reality was quite different. One of the bathrooms had a very unpleasant smell. I’m not sure if the issue was with the toilet or plumbing, but this seems to be a recurring problem, as I noticed similar complaints in previous reviews. It’s disappointing that the issue still hasn’t been resolved, especially considering the price being charged. The cleanliness was also below an acceptable standard. The carpets were dirty and unhygienic, with a lot of hair left behind. The sofa cover was extremely dirty as well, so I had to remove it and leave it aside rather than use it. The arrival experience was not great either. I tried calling the landlord several times after arriving, but there was no answer. I had to wait around 10 minutes before receiving a WhatsApp message. Better communication and responsiveness would have made a big difference. Overall, the property looks much better in the photos than it does in person. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not say it was worth the price paid and would not stay again.

„Disappointing, not worth the money.“
+The location was good and the host who checked us in was very friendly.
−If an apartment was a catfish, this would be it. The building and the photos were super impressive and the apartment then looks like a cheap hostel. The beds weren’t made properly, the towels had a yellow stint and felt dirty, the bathroom was flooded with water constantly dripping off the towel heater, there was no soap, there was hair on the toilet seat, the shower was dirty and moldy, half empty shower gel in filthy bottles, no love or care put into anything. The bathroom issue was reported but no action was taken. Disappointing.
