“I throughly enjoyed my time. Highly recommend this place.”
+The staff was super friendly, and room/bathroom was perfect. The food was good, not as much options compared to other hotels I’ve been to, but none it was good! I think the best part about the hotel is the self serve utilities (combs, slippers, etc) in the front entrance. There is a glass counter full of things you can have for free, I find that so cool and thoughtful
−There was construction during our time there, which the hotel really doesn’t have any control over. It wasn’t extremely loud, but it was noticeable. You could also hear other peoples foot steps and movements on the floor above. A very minuscule problem however, all and all it wasn’t enough to complain about.

“Cozy, comfy, almost perfect.”
+The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly.
−The stairs were a bit hard to climb with 2 suitcases, you don't need to do that - there's an elevator! The curtain rail was missing a few hooks and stoppers so it was hard to make the room properly dark in the morning.

“I recommend it. It is really cosy and quite close to the Grand Place 20 min walking distance.”
−Overall it was a nice experience but I didn't enjoy mornings as my room had an emergency evacuation door to an area where the kitchen ventilation fan made a pretty loud noise.

+Prachtig hotel. Heel gezellig ingericht en ruime kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt. In de buurt veel huizen in Art Nouveau stijl. Daar kwamen we voor naar Brussel
