−Couldn’t get the air con in the room to work properly.
+I liked the deco, the staff are really friendly and helpful.
−I didnt.like the fact that there are no sachets of coffee only the pods,which are not everybodys taste. Maybe you could find a way of being able to turn the mirroe light off ,i had to remove the key to sleep due to the bright light,but then the aircon goes off which is realy useful for my flushes .
+All Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, food was exceptional including breakfast, comfiest bed ever
