“Good location for walking and exploring.”
+Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice breakfast included. Free bar (something I’ve never experienced).

+Les équipements sont excellents (balnéo, télévision, cafés, distributeur d'eau etc.) La chambre est spacieuse et propre.
−L'odeur de la climatisation qui est très problématique. Literie pas au top.

“Super Hotel, würde es wieder buchen”
+Das Zimmer war mega! Groß, mit Couch und Tisch, einen netten Eingangsbereich. Seperates modernes Klo und ein riesen Badezimmer. Alles in allem sehr modern. Von Außen, die Rezeption bis zum Flur. Wirklich toll! Frühstück bekam man aufs Zimmer. Super Lage, den Friedenspark und Co. kann man innerhalb von 20 min zu Fuß erreichen
−Zum Frühstück gab es entweder Suppe und ein Sandwich. Sehr wenig, für dieses mega Hotel. Aber man hat eine Auswahl an 4 Suppen und 4 Sandwiches. Diese wurden aufs Zimmer gebracht. Personaö konnte wenig bis garkein Englisch. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich super, aber eher in so einem Rotlichtdistrikt, aber störte nicht

“Hôtel agréable mais quartier particulier”
+- chambre très spacieuse et confortable - Petit balcon - Grande salle de bains avec WC et lavabo séparés - Distributeur d’eau chaude et froide dans la chambre avec thé et café - Boissons avec alcool disponibles gracieusement dans le lobby
−- quartier bruyant la nuit à cause des clients sortant des bars alentours - Personnel ne parle pas du tout anglais (utilisation du traducteur du téléphone pour se comprendre) - Lumière de « sécurité » dans l’entrée de la chambre qui est restée allumée toute la première nuit et se déclenchait au moindre mouvement durant la 2ème nuit

“Beautiful suite, well kept hotel.”
+Beautiful room (suite) with all the amenities. Large and the onsen on the terrace was a plus.
−The area took a bit of getting used to. Lots of adult entertainment establishments, but no where near what we have in North America. After a day, we got used to it and the location/proximity was fine.

“A beautiful stay in Hiroshima.”
+Unbelievable hotel. Such a beautiful experience from the minute you walk in. Very tastefully appointed, very classy. Staff has limited English but went out of their way to accommodate. So helpful. Free full drinks bar was superb and a lovely way to meet other people. Room was immaculate and had everything you could ever need. One of our favourite hotels.

“Great location”
+It was in a good location close to lots of restaurants. Very modern facilities. The staff did not speak English but did use a translate app very effectively. Our room ( junior suite with balcony) was very large with a comfortable lounge
