+It is a 3 hour drive from Phoenix and 30 degrees cooler!!!

+We expected our stay at the Bison Ranch in Heber-Overgaard to be nice, but we were blown away on so many fronts. While the resort has a few years on it, they have done a wonderful job in renovations as well as overall maintenance of the facility and grounds. We really enjoyed our time and we will be back!

“Away from Phoenix heat”

“Great stay at Bison Ranch”
+We loved our suite. It looks like it was recently renovated. The furniture and appliances looked almost new. The kitchen had everything we need, there was a washer and dryer, there was a fireplace (we didn’t use with temps in the 80s), and a gas barbecue grill on of the 2 decks. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The grounds looked good and were very well maintained. The only negative was there was a charge of $49.95 for 10 days to use wi-fi.

+Our third time here at Bison Ranch was as great as the first two visits. Large well appointed rooms, a great pool, and it’s in a great location in Northern Arizona.

+Lovely location, great staff, very nice resort, very big apartment with 2 balconies. Nice pool and jacuzzi. But they shoul place some fences for the wind and more umbrellas at the pool.

“"The Best We've Seen in 30+ Years of Timeshare Travel"”
+After 30+ years of timeshare travel, this place has earned the top spot on our list , and that's saying something. My wife and I have stayed at more timeshare condos than we can count, so we don't impress easily. WorldMark Bison Ranch impressed us. Our 2-bedroom, first-floor unit was the nicest accommodation we've experienced in over three decades of this kind of travel , well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The location of our unit was perfect, situated directly across from the heated pool and hot tub. That convenience made a real difference in how much we used and enjoyed those amenities. We're the type of travelers who return to our favorites year after year, and Bison Ranch has officially made that list. Highly recommend to any timeshare traveler looking for a property that genuinely delivers.
