road leading to hotel is pathetic. Thuogh rooms are big but bugs keep coming, hygine not maintained as short of staff probably and swimming pool dirty water so not usable. Nothing to do for kids. Staff is good but only two of them

Great experience overall. The rooms are huge and really appealing to children especially. Vinod, the caretaker was quite helpful and prompt to address all our requests. Would recommend and visit again.
The cottage view was awesome and the room was so clean and comfy. Special thanks to Vinod for arranging my request in a short time and giving me good service. 4/5.
The chalet was well maintained and in good condition loved the overall service specially the food views were a massive add on to the experience

We had a very pleasant stay overall and stunning views. The food was excellent, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There were just a couple of minor issues , the hot water boiler occasionally needed to be primed as it would cut out intermittently, and the Wi-Fi in the room was quite weak. A Wi-Fi booster would be a great improvement over the current dongle setup. That said, the beautiful views and the lovely pool on a warm summer’s day more than made up for it. A beautiful setting and a welcoming team made it a memorable visit.

Its an excellent property with great ambiance in the lap of nature. The Cottages are wonderful. Staffs are cooperative and they are like family there. I will especially like to mention Ravi, who helped us out throughout our stay.
