+The hotel is located in a very convenient area, and the staff are extremely friendly and caring. There were no slippers or kettle in the room, but there was a safe and a spacious wardrobe. I lost one of my earrings and was sure I had left it in the room. I informed the receptionist, who kindly checked with all the staff members. Eventually, my earring was found in the hotel café! It turned out that it had fallen off during breakfast, and the staff returned it to me. I’m very grateful for their kindness, honesty, and helpfulness. Thank you so much! The breakfast was also very delicious.
