−I’m disappointed in the front desk staff. During check in and check out, No hello, how are you, how was your stay, not even a good bye or have a great day. The girl’s hair had more personality than they did and not even a smile.

“Adequate for purpose”
+I was a little leery when checking in…police cars behind building, young teenagers kind of lolling around in lobby, and a young guy sitting on floor in corner of lounge area(?) Spelled of air freshener. Front desk clerk very pleasant. Room was clean, beds comfortable, pillows kind of mushy. Breakfast room busy, lots of families and attentive attendant. Work out room outside entry only, a little creepy; dark, very small, not much equipment. But, overall stay was ok.

“I feel bad that we had to check out a day early and I hope I’m not charged for it. Staff was very accommodating.”

“A good value hotel with decent breakfast and comfy bed.”
+Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is average. Hot oatmeal would be a good addition to make a decent breakfast a heart healthy meal.
−The exercise room entrance is accessible from the outside of the hotel. It is not convenient when it is raining and cold.

“Incompetent from desk and hotel reeked of weed.”
+The older gentlemen at the front desk was moving at glacier pace. It was 1:00 am and we were so tired and the check in process took forever. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He charged the credit card then said the payment didn’t go thru although it was deducted from our account and we showed him. He couldn’t type on a keyboard properly. He couldn’t run the printer properly. He charged 4 magnetic keycards and none of them worked when we got to our rooms. Please find a replacement he’s completely incompetent. The room was outdated and reeked of weed. Filthy towels. Breakfast was a total joke. We’re glad we only booked one night we went out running thru the door the next morning. Don’t book here.
