“Like Blackpool , won’t be staying in this b and b again !”
+Location
−Unclean , only the actual bed clean but very uncomfortable. No plug by bed for my medical equipment as advertised , left a small bar of soap to wash no shower gel , no plug on sink , toilet flush broke , was ‘ mended’ but still didn’t flush properly. Ran out of items for continental breakfast ie orange juice and it wasn’t replaced . Plates / dishes /cups dirty … saw in kitchen men and was disgustingly!
“cheap, and disappointimg”
+the bed was really comfy, and the staff ( especially Vicki) was really friendly / interested in me . the hotel is in a prime location right near the tower, prom and theatre(s). I had a massive room ( the best twin room in the house)
−There was no cooked breakfast ( I wasn't told this) , there were too many stairs, ( we were on the top floor, and I struggled to climb them.) I was told that I had to phone a number if i needed anything, ( granted the staff came when I asked) the t.v didn't work properly. and the electrics tripped taking out our power ( it took half an hour to get it back on). there were marks on the carpet, shower curtain, and quilt. and there was a smell of spicy food ( which is what I was greeted with when I walked into reception.

+The owners were so helpful and kind, went out of their way to do anything they could for us

+The pictures shown are not of this bed and breakfast, the rooms are dirty with mould and damp.
−There was nothing to like. It needs a deep clean and redecoration

−The shower was too cold and didn’t get it fixed for us has me and my partner got told it leaked into another room underneath us

“Don’t waste your money look for better”
+Nothing apart from the location
−Everything. Dirty rooms no breakfast had to use a spoon to butter my toast had water dripping on me whilst in bed the bed sheets and towels had blood and dirt on them not comfortable I don’t like to complain I have stayed in loads of places in Blackpool and this was by far the worst I have stayed in
“Welcoming”
+Location was brilliant and close to Central pier and coral island. Staff were helpful and each morning I was asked if I wanted a tea or coffee.
−Breakfast included in price was only cereal , toast fruit etc cooked breakfast wasn't included but there was a option to pay for a cooked breakfast

−Where can I start. We went to check in, people kicking off in our hotel with management, then to be told at 3 o clock rooms not ready so come back 5 still not ready. Eventually got in the hotel and there’s a dog destressed barking all day and night. NEVER AGAIN
