+Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable room and great breakfast.
−Sadly this super friendly, economical and comfortable place is closing as the building is being repurposed. Free parking but I didnt know how to access free park (behknd a card code barrier) without checking in first- and the temporary park I used requires that one download the correct app for that section (there are 2 different providers) or be fined £100 for non compliance. 0
“Wonderful stay”
+Hugely friendly staff. Quiet. Clean, comfortable rooms, super breakfast/sitting room. Close for tram and bus and local amenities.
−Nothing.

“Lovely local short stay, highly recommend.”
+It was local to the university, plenty of parking, walking distance to the town and shops, pity it’s closing down at the end of the month.
−Nothing
“Excellent and great value for money.”
+Room had everything we needed. Good location for walking to the centre of Sheffield. Good range of shops and eateries close by. Breakfast was a bonus. Parking on site also a bonus.
−Some noise at night, but this is outside the control of the centre. To be expected when you are staying near a city centre and people are returning from pubs and clubs.

+Amazing staff
“Friendly, good price, clean , central”
+Cheap, central , safe with several card entry points
−Entrance to the parking was not in the same street and I got lost trying to find it, but I rang reception and the lady knew the area well and talked me in

“Nice Comfortable Hotel”
+The room was clean, had good disabled facilities and bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly
−There was a long walk, long for me with my mobility, and the doors were very stiff/heavy.
+Friendly welcoming staff on check-in. Great location for shopping & events. Spacious, private, quiet & clean bedroom with amenities.

“Excellent value, clean with friendly staff.”
+Excellent value for money. Really clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making in room. Great shower. Really comfy bed. Dressing table, mirror and plenty of storage. Room isn’t overly big but absolutely adequate for a few nights stay. Will definitely stay here again. Breakfast was more than adequate.
−Nothing!
