“schönstes hotel mit schönstem garten in berlin”
+ich habe schon bei meinem letzten aufenthalt eine euphorische bewertung verfasst. die postive nachnutzung eines gefängnisses im stadtzentrum, der garten, die bar, das restaurant, die zimmer, das frühstück, die sympathische umgebung, alles schnöselfrei. in berlin äusserst seltene geschmacksicherheit. ich hoffe, es bleibt lange erhalten.
−minimalistische und klare schnörkellose (innen-)architektur fordern uns eine gewisse gelassenheit mit schrammen und macken ab. das geht vollkommen ok

+Das Hotel ist wunderschön mit toller Dachterrasse. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat das Hotel eine ruhige Atmosphäre in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

“Fantastische locatie, personeel kan wat training gebruiken”
+De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch. Prachtig gebouw, tuinen, inrichting en algehele uitstraling. Ligging in een van de leukste wijken van de stad
−Het personeel reageerde niet op mails en de schoonmaakservice is onvoldoende adequaat. Omdat we via de site niet makkelijk voor een volle week konden reserveren omdat kamers niet gedurende het hele verblijf beschikbaar waren en we dus tussendoor van kamer moesten wisselen hadden we hier graag per mail contact over gehad. Maar op onze mails werd niet gereageerd. De schoonmaak van de kamer is meermaals overgeslagen. Beide punten verdienen verbetering, zeker gezien het aantal sterren en de prijzen (we hebben nachten voor bijna 1.500,- doorgebracht).

“Fabulous place to stay while in Berlin. Will recommend to all.”
+The location was excellent. Close to shops, transportation and restaurants and quiet neighbourhoods. The architecture was stunning. The shared meeting kitchen was exceptional. Lovely to meet other guests. The gardens offered a tranquil space away from the street. We were given a room with stairs from the bed to the bathroom. Not accessible for us. We spoke with the manager and they were able to offer us another room with an extra daily surcharge. Very accommodating and understanding
−The information in the booking.com write up should state that the room offered has stairs from the bed to the bathroom. Let's those with accessibility needs be aware.
