+David the host was very friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean and a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and was provided with luxury toiletries
−There wasn’t any thing we didn’t like but the property is situated on a very steep hill so people wanting to stay here will need to have good mobility or drive a car
+A good stop on our Devon to Cornwall trip. A friendly host and nice private en suite room which is by the front door.
+Good location, clean and David was lovely and welcoming.
−The price for the room was too much, very expensive for it being a room with en-suite in someone’s house. Wouldn’t have paid £120.00 for one night if I knew it wasn’t a proper hotel or air B&B place with staffing and usual hotel perks.

+It is a 15 min walk out of Looe itself - not a problem as long as you check and are aware of this.
−A little cramped in room due to an unnecessary wardrobe structure / table / chairs. Ok for a one night stay and David was very helpful.

“Perfect Host in Looe”
+Superfriendly, genuinly nice and knowleadgable host, perfect place. High Quality Matress, Fast-Switching TV with BBC Licence, Top Quality shower, Coffee-Making facilities. The perfect place to stay in the Looe area.
+The host dave made us welcome and let us book in earlier and gave us information about looe.We only booked one night but the room was clean and we could not fault anything.
