+The hotel is very beautiful and located near Katugastota. We had an amazing experience. The hotel coordinators were very helpful and assisted us whenever we needed anything. Arosh and the other hotel staff were always supportive and helpful throughout our stay. They even stayed awake late at night to open the gates for us when we arrived at the hotel. Thank you for your amazing assistance. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kandy.

+The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location." I want to praise the following staff for their professionalism: Ajith, Oshadi, Arosh & others.
−We stayed at this location with a toddler in the late November. This weather had been poor and cloudy. We expected hot water in the shower/bath but, there were hardly any. On our last day the staff advised us that the hot water heating system had been switched back on. This appeared not to be the case and as such, my wife and daughter (toddler) couldn't use the bath/shower. We also had issues with the Internet which was intermittent throughout the day in our room. Food served was tasty. However, slightly overpriced.

“C’est un luxe d’être aux abords de Kandy, et en plus on est très bien accueilli.”
