“Great hotel, lots of hidden fees, everything is for sale…bring your wallet”
+Location and how it was easy to get to
−They charged a resort fee. The food was overpriced and the portion was small. The room was small and the AC was set on Antarctica with no physical way to control without calling the front desk. Parking was a nightmare, this was just another unnecessary charge. These fees were not disclosed until checking in and after being on the road for 6-8 hours you just don’t have the time or energy to argue and by then the cancellation becomes almost impossible

“It was nice to have the pool, but we had food spoil since we did not have the fridge.”
+Heated pool. Location - walking distance to many restaurants and metro. Helpful bell hops and other staff. Clean room.
−We had a room with a king bed and sofa with a fridge and microwave. They moved us to a double bed room since we had our granddaughter, but it did not have a fridge or microwave which was disappointing. I have not even been in a cheap motel without those two amenities.
