“Avoid this hotel”
−The rooms looks outdated, bathroom was having bad odour, Didn’t look a spacious room .. Breakfast quality was worst, they cooked breakfast in used oil

+The location is good. Though while booking I thought it is located on the boulevard road, but I found it in the lane opposite GHAT NO. 1. Yet, it wasn't too far away from it.
−The menu in the restaurant was quite limited. Also, there were very few people managing all the orders, which included serving the guests in their rooms. As a result we had to wait long for ROTI.
“Exceptional”
+Clean comfortable rooms, very curtious staff and excellent location. The manager was extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Looking forward to the next time we visit Srinagar and will definitely stay here. Highly recommend as the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Dal Lake. Enjoyed morning and evening walk along the lake.
