“way to expensive for what you get.”
+location was top and that's about it. Next time I will not be staying there. 20 000 USD for this is just insane I think. for me the W is a 3 star hotel and this was a 800 USD a night hotel, no more than that.
−breakfast was ok. Hotel very expensive for what it is. Too much colors, decor too modern and not to my taste. Impossible to find someone at reception or room service. Had to call a bunch of times. Valet guys kind of sleepy, My spouse was late to handle something and they had cars available just no one was willing to do the work. Only purified water for free (just so you know, it has no minerals). You can't be sellling 20 000 rooms for 8 days and not offer decent water)

+Our view in the 1st floor is not that great however the location is amazing. It is a bit inconvenient that it’s hard reach the front desk by phone from your room, also there was construction going on our entire stay. It was okay

+⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service and amenities in the best spot in Aspen. Steps from dining and shopping, with a rooftop worth the visit. Loved the staff

+My only issue was some plumbing issues in room 147. The bathroom sink would gurgle and back up occasionally and had a bad sewage smell.

+The hotel is well located, and it's generally a nice enough place. The rooftop is definitely worth checking out. Maybe it's just because it's Aspen but overall, I don't think it was a great value for the price.
