“Excelente”
“me dieron otra habitacion”

“Nice self serve stay with good location , no breakfast.”
+Location, and the property look nice , big room and nice bathroom
−Staff, no one works there , they don’t reply quick either online for any questions , so you don’t have anyone to ask for a towel, or anything; the property description says breakfast included but there were only few eggs (u have to cook for yourself), a yogurt and a used peanut butter jar. Small old blood stains in sheets and curtains.

“Good”
“Cute room in the centre”
+The garden is very pretty and an oasis of rest within the city, the rooms have very cute decorations and are clean.
−The parking is barely enough space for 2 cars, however, there are more guests staying at the villa so it’s no guarantee you can park. The guest wasn’t super responsive (it usually took several hours to get a response) and there was no one at the property so if you need some urgent support (like knowing where to park, checking in early, etc.), there isn’t really anyone there. It’s also not that well isolated, so without AC it’s extremely hot (luckily there is AC, it just takes a bit to cool down the space if you turn it off) and the room is at the side of the road so not the most quiet one.
