+Stay at Villa Kololo was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the lush greenery throughout the property created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant served excellent food with a great variety of delicious dishes. What truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding staff,from the reception team to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, attentive, responsive, and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and engaging conversations made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
−There was honestly very little to dislike. If anything, a gym or a few additional fitness facilities would make the experience even better, but overall it was an excellent stay.

−特别吵，晚上酒吧甚至会吵到12点，木头房子隔音很差，边上有人经过和说话都会听到，睡得不踏实。地毯很脏很脏，建议清理或者更换。

+The staff are very courteous and helpful. Special mention for Hilda on reception and for Grace's hosting.
−Breakfast is fine, but lacking range. The Wi Fi was a bit unreliable, too.
