+O atendimento foi bom , reservei pelos reviews e porque tinha berço disponível , mas não tem nada demais, a noite é lindo legal para sentar e tomar um vinho, principalmente porque a maioria das unidades é no terreo
−mas a cama não era confortável e as panelas da cozinha estavam bem velhas, também o sabão da cozinha estava misturado com agua bem fraco

“Top, è un soggiorno che dovrò rifare spesso e sono certo che ritornerò a Villa Aruch.”
+La struttura è stata scelta per attività in zona limitrofa. L'accoglienza alla reception è stata impeccabile, ma soprattutto il confort della camera è superlativo. Ci sono problemi di zanzare, ma vengono forniti fornellini al riguardo.
−Aggiungerei qualche cialdina di caffé in più.

+The location of the Villa is great for exploring Firenze, the tram stop is located a few minutes’ walk from it and it takes you to the city centre in 15 minutes. We arrived by car and appreciated the private parking just behind the accommodation. The villa’s location is also easy to find and is just out of the autostrada system. The studio was well-equipped, clean and bright. We loved the backyard, it provided a quiet space in the bustling area! The staff was helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. If we ever return to Firenze, we will book with Villa Aruch again!

“Niente di eccezionale”
−Pessimi i mobili. Non c’era un posto per poggiare lo spazzolino da denti che mi è caduto per terra nè gli altri accessori (rasoio etc). Un armadio in camera da letto ai limiti. Televisore piccolo. Presenza di zanzare.
+The staff was so helpful and let us drop bags off early and gave us transport and restaurant recommendations . It was so close to the airport for our early AM flight
