+Struttura comoda e pulita, con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Il giorno del check out ci hanno permesso di restare in piscina tutto il pomeriggio e di fare la doccia prima di partire. Personale gentile e disponibile.

“Lovely villa and quiet pool in a fantastic location.”
+Villa Anni is in an excellent location; not too far from Skiathos town, easy access using busses and boat taxi and a lovely beach with cocktail bars and restaurants. The Archladies area is a great base. The apartment was large and the beds were comfortable. Aircon was also good. The pool is large and was often very quiet. Katerina was lovely and made us very welcome. It really is a lovely spot. I was a little envious though of the pool apartments. Still we needed three beds so the 2 bed apartment was a great space. We loved the cats :)
−The bathroom was a bit basic but clean. No shade during the morning and lunchtime but we went elsewhere. Shade was great later on in the day. The pool was out of order on the last day. It had to be cleaned.

“Geweldige locatie centraal in skiathos”
+De locatie is heerlijk rustig en op 10 min loopafstand van leuke restaurants en cocktailbar aan het strand. De bus komt regelmatig en ook met watertaxi ben je in 15 min in skiathos stad. Gezellige eigenaresse die je persoonlijk begroet. Het zwembad is top en alles wordt goed schoon gehouden. Wij hadden een majonette

+Nice outdoor ambiance, especially in the area around the pool.
−The room was poorly equipped, with basic amenities missing, such as a hairdryer. There was no welcome gesture or refreshments upon arrival, such as complimentary water or other small refreshments, which would have made guests feel more welcome.

“Perfect family-run apartment complex”
+A nice size complex with just around 20 apartments. Rooms were good with most facilities catered for. We asked for a bed to be made up in the lounge area which was accommodated for easily. Comfortable beds with fresh linen and towels every day. Pool area was really nice and relaxing. Communication with Katerina was excellent and was made to feel any requests made were not a problem.
−Our only slight comment would be that it would have been nice to have some basic supplies in the apartment as it was self-catering such as washing-up liquid & cloth/sponge, hand soap, oil and salt and pepper.
