+Sehr schöne Zimmer. Es gab ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade. Rezeptionist freundlich und bemüht.
−Frühstück ist ein Minuspunkt. Pro Tag gibt es lediglich 2 Kaffeekapseln. Dazu Toastbrot (ungetoastet), ein Mini Croissant, jeweils Butter, Honig und Marmelade (Einzelportionen). Obstsalat aus dem Plastikbecher. Optional kann aus mehreren Gerichten eines gewählt werden. Diese sind geschmacklich okay, aber leider auch meist unzureichend warm. Teller gibt es nicht. Es muss aus den Kartons gegessen werden. Für 4 Sterne ist das ungenügend.

−At first glance, the hotel looks nice and well-maintained. However, once you take a closer look, you notice many issues and areas that are not properly cleaned or maintained, both around the pool and outdoor areas as well as inside the room. The back part of our room, where the bed and bathroom were located, was very poorly ventilated and felt extremely stuffy. Only after we complained was the ventilation turned on, but unfortunately, this made very little difference. Even more concerning was the condition of the bathroom. There was visible mold on the floor and in the shower. We immediately pointed this out to the staff, and both cleaners tried to remove it, but even they were unable to do so because the mold was already so extensive. This is simply not acceptable for a hotel. The breakfast was, by far, the worst hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. Almost everything consisted of pre-packaged, processed products. We were given two small croissants, two slices of untoasted toast, and an egg that was completely cold and greasy, sitting in a cardboard box. It was simply inedible. The worst part, however, was the orange juice. The inside of the juice bottle caps was covered in mo

−The noise of the air conditioning unit I think it was, it sometimes went on all night so it interrupted on sleep some nights. Also the breakfast on the first day was lovely and hot but after that the cooked breakfast weren’t turning up hot or warm which was disappointing.
