+Great little place to spend time as a family
−Despite Requesting twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Request had been overlooked. Staff did ask if it really mattered.... yes it mattered that is why it was requested

“The place felt weird”
−Very poor communication, not told us about using underground car park and when locked out one evening NO ONE answered after hours phone

“Nice and quiet apartment, has everything you need”
+Great space, had everything we needed. Nice to have a kitchen. Great location.
−- The bathroom is quite small. - The dishwasher is super noisy - don't turn it on until you leave!

−Tea cups were too small Bathrooms need to make use of space better eg Huge shower & no space to put toiletries next to sink or stand next to another person. Kitchen table Bench broken Only given keys that worked for less than 24 hrs so had to visit reception to gain access on our 2nd night….

+Staff went above and beyond to help me with a few tricky things, very friendly and helpful, really appreciated the support.
−The dishwasher was leaking - obviously unlucky timing and no one's fault, just was a pain.
