“A cozy, welcoming hotel with friendly staff, beautiful views, and a great location, although street noise can be an issu”
+The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a cozy, homely atmosphere. It felt more like staying at a relative’s or friend’s home than at a hotel. The view from the window was beautiful, and the location was convenient for exploring Izmir. Overall, the hotel had a warm and comfortable feel that made the stay enjoyable.
−The windows overlook a popular landmark where people often gather to take photos, so it can get quite noisy. The surrounding street is also busy, and noise at night can sometimes disturb your sleep.

“Avoid this hotel”
+Like: 1. The view from balcony of the sea is very good. Thats it
−1. Staff did not know any English 2. Same breakfast every day- no change 3. Room was very small- We requested twin beds byt were given 1 small queen bed- very narrow for 2 persons 4.. Not enough space in the room to open suitcases. Open Wardrobe insufficient for keeping clothes. 5. Noisy neighbours playing loud music at night. 6. Very expensive for the facilities provided.

−La posizione era scomodissima, per raggiungere il centro dovevamo prendere la macchina essendo in una strada non fattibile da percorrere a piedi, la zona non dava l'impressione di essere molto sicura. Lo staff è stato molto gentile a darci una camera un po' più grande di quella che ci era stata data inizialmente, ma comunque era molto piccola lo stesso. Avevamo appeso il cartello per rifare il letto e le pulizie ma non sono state fatte.
+Хороший завтрак. Шикарный вид из окна на Измир, но его цена -- необходимость лезть на гору. :) Хотя внизу автобусная станция и ленивые/уставшие могут проехать остановку на одном из автобусов.

“Bien pero mejorable”
+El desayuno estuvo muy bien.
−Siempre las excursiones son temprano y el desayuno es tarde asi que hay dias que nos quedamos sin aprovechar el desayuno. Nos ofrecieron tomar agua del minibar y nos las cobraron luego. Muchas cuestas para llegar al sitio.

+The location was convenient and easy to find. The price was also very reasonable, and overall the staff were helpful.
−The hotel was quite old, the shower head was broken, Also, complimentary water was only provided on the first day. After that, two bottles cost €1, which didn’t really make sense to me. If we had made separate one-night bookings, the water would apparently have been complimentary each day.
+Ein restauriertes, nostalgisches sowie ein schönes Hotel. Sehr angenehm und nicht überladen. Konak nahe. Schöne Terrasse und Panorama. Das Hotelzimmer wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber und eine gute Matratze zum schlafen. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich, sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Sie haben von Anfang an mein Herz erobert, alle meine Wünsche wurden im Hotel zu meiner äußerst großen Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls eine Gaumenfreude und optisch sehr liebevoll und delikat angerichtet. Auch wenn ich verwandte in Izmir habe, würde ich sehr gerne wieder im Variante Hotel bleiben wollen. −Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Variant. Es ist ebenfalls auch ein beliebter Treffpunkt für junge Leute mit Autos und Musik.. Deshalb war es teilweise etwas zu laut. Nachdem ich mein Fenster geschlossen habe, war es allerdings nicht mehr störend. Ich fand das Waschbecken etwas zu klein und ich habe im Badezimmer ein oder zwei Gardrobenhaken für die Handtücher vermisst. Sonst alles Tiptop und ich habe nichts anderes zu beanstanden.
