−The room wasnt ready before we arrive no hot water no amenities were filled they took so long in fixing everything then there was too much powercut problem

+Location is good with a peaceful environment.
−It's a newly constructed property with no full-time manager or receptionist. You have to call waiter for small bit who are cooperative but quite immature.

+Hot water 24/7 AC 100% working All electrical boards lights were working Rooms are very aesthetically calm modern and cozy Every room has some sort of privacy had their own domain even though rooms were next to each other Secondly most important no room’s view was obstructed by another room or hotel area each window had its own view
−Bathroom water drain flow/slope is not good 3 pin sockets were missing in entire room, but staff provided the extension but it was also not very good

+The bathroom was more aesthetic than the rooms. I liked the toiletries of different colours and scents

+The room at the property was newly built and clean
−Lack of amenities. No TV and fridge in the room. No desk. There was a continuous power outage. Back up was not upto mark. There was a generator though which was manually operated. Property is good but needs improvement like facilities and proper amenities. Owner's response was upto the mark. We wish him all the best for the future
