“Just what I wanted”
+Sharon is an excellent host. She couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcome. Great night’s sleep in comfortable bed. Lovely home made soup in the evening and breakfast was just what I wanted. Comfortable, welcoming lounge with well-stocked bar offering variety of drinks at very reasonable prices. Room and public areas all very clean.
“Over all lovely stay”
+I liked the hosts very helpful and went above and beyond for things we needed
−The location was off a busy road so a bit loud

“Delightful stay and would recommend to others.”
+Very convenient to the airport. Owner Sharon was an absolutely lovely person and made us very welcome. Sharon gave us a lift to the airport the next morning which was such a nice thing for someone to do.

“Lovely staff but very tired and overpriced for the quality.”
+The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Cardiff Airport, and was quiet. It was basically clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine.
−The principal reason for my moderate score is that the hotel is very basic and very tired; it clearly hasn't been updated for many years. There was a smell of chip fat pervading the accommodation. Had it been half the price I would have had lower expectations and my rating would have reflected that. On balance I probably wouldn't stay there again except out of necessity.
“Lovely stay, both owners very welcoming and extremely helpful!”
+Very clean. Tidy.

+Great location, very convenient as it is so close to the airport. The hotel is run by a fantastic couple who are just genuinely nice people.
“Very satisfying would definitely recommend”
+The lady who owns the place was very helpful she even gave us a lift to the function we was attending
−I cnt complain about anything
