“Decent location, but rooms are dated and fall short of the 4-star standard”
+These are, at best, 3-star rooms or apartments that offer no sense of added value. In short, a completely average service
−Room 511: The 140 cm wide bed is far too small for two adults. Furthermore the bed was uncomfortable. We suggest replacing it with a bed that is at least 160 cm wide. Additionally TV settings are extremely complicated. Also the thermostats in the rooms are quite complex and lowering the temperature proved to be a significant challenge,the thermostat was actually set to +30°C. Our friends who stayed in Room 511 were not satisfied with the level of comfort. Room 502: The street running alongside the hotel is quite noisy, especially until 1:00 AM. The furnishings and equipment in the rooms are of a rather low-end, budget category and the overall condition appears worn in places; therefore, do not expect the standard of a 4-star rooms.

−Il divano letto era un po’ sfondato al centro e non è stato molto comodo dormirci. Gli spazi comuni (soprattutto le aree adiacenti all’ascensore) erano molto sporche Le informazioni per l’accesso sono un po contorte. La zona , soprattutto la sera , risulta essere un po’ malfamata con schiamazzi e urla fino a notte fonda e sirene della polizia

“Spacious One bed apartment in a great location offering a comfortable and great value stay.”
+Liked the location as it's right in the heart of teh jewish quarter and very close to restaurants, bars, only about a 5 min stroll to the metro etc..
−Whilst everything was great, if I had to call out anything, I'd say that the Air con did'nt seem to be cooling the room below 22 degress. However this was'nt an issue as such because the apartment has huge french doors in the bedroom and lounge that can be kept slightly open in a vent position to get cool air coming through which sorted us just fine.

+Wir haben eine rundum wunderbare Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Sie verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche, komfortable Zimmer, ein praktisches Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Da das Zimmer zu einem sehr angenehmen Innenhof und nicht zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist, ist es dort ruhig und vor Straßenlärm geschützt. Was den in der Beschreibung erwähnten Fernseher betrifft: Es handelt sich nicht um ein herkömmliches Fernsehgerät für den Empfang von Rundfunksendern, sondern um einen Bildschirm in Verbindung mit einer Set-Top-Box, die Dienste wie YouTube oder Netflix ermöglicht (wobei unklar blieb, ob die entsprechenden Zugangsdaten kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wurden). Der Gastgeber reagierte schnell auf Probleme; so trat beispielsweise ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer auf. Nach unserer Meldung wurde sofort gehandelt: Ein Handwerker erschien, begleitet von einem Vorgesetzten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass aus unerklärlichen Gründen der Geruchsverschluss (Siphon) fehlte. Das Problem wurde innerhalb von 2-3 Stunden vollständig behoben. Für Gäste, die das sogenannte „Partyviertel“ besuchen möchten, ist die Lage der Unterkunft hervorragend - so nah, dass w
