“Acceuil aggressive et patron de l hôtel très désagréable”

−Le patron de l hôtel avait peur de ne pas être payé alors que j ai réservé et débité de mon compte il voulait surtout du cash le patron de l hôtel était de mauvaise humeur car je lui e ai I demande un déjeuner perso je n ai jamais été aussi mal accueilli dans un hôtel en Turquie
+C’était propre et le personnel était accueillant.
−Les places de parkings sont prises durant la nuit et généralement full.

+Otel mükemmel bir konumda. Etrafında marketler, restoranlar, her şey var.
−Odada banyo malzemeleri hiç yoktu. Sadece duvara sabitlenmiş sıvı sabun ve sıvı şampuan vardı. Bu fiyata en azından banyo malzemeleri olmalıydı. Temizlikte de ne yazık ki memnun kalmadım. Bardakların içi lekeliydi. Sivrisinek hiç uyutmadı. Gidecek olanlar mutlaka yanında sinek ilacı bulundursun.

“I give it 10 out of 10!”
+Great location! Beautiful area, walking distance to the arena, you have markets, restaurants! Great staff! Very friendly and helpfull, active throughout the whole 24hours of the day. Cleanliness! On Point! We left the room for a short moment and returned to it being super clean and it felt all new again. Facility! Balcony was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. All important since I visited with a pregnant wife! Big plus point for the room to have a prayer rug! I saved this hotel for future visits 📍

−Our stay at the hotel was disappointing from the start. We struggled to find a parking space, and the rooms were much smaller than expected, with poorly ventilated bathrooms. The cleanliness of the rooms was below standard. The breakfast was sparse and unappetizing, and the staff member responsible for it seemed uninterested in providing service and was not dressed appropriately. We were constantly disturbed by loud noise from the event halls behind the hotel, making it hard to relax. The staff was unhelpful, and we felt it was pointless to argue for better service. We would not recommend staying here.
