+I arrived at the hotel around 11am and they offered to let me do an early check-in no any questions asked. The room itself was comfortable and had all the basic necessities covered. The AC was still operational in late October, which was a big deal for me. The location is excellent as it is only a couple minutes away from trams and buses. The room was also quiet and I could hardly hear any disturbances.
−Organisation/Management beim Frühstück könnte besser sein.

“Unexpectedly convenient hotel near the center.”
+Very good location, 10 minutes from the center, and having a courtyard facing room, it was very silent. Bed was very comfortable, maybe a bit more luggage space would have been good. Room was very clean. The breakfast in general was OK, not a lot of options, but what was there was of good quality.
−From the two available elevators one was permanently locked for the staff, this was mostly OK, except when the staff for some reasons used the remaining elevator. We often climbed the stairs instead of waiting. We are coffee freaks and did not like the coffee at breakfast. We may be too picky, other guests seemed to be OK with that.

“10/10 - A lovely surprise!”
+I've stayed in many different types of accommodation, but Urban Creme genuinely exceeded my expectations! A special thank you to Madina at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. For me, feeling truly welcome is one of the most important parts of any stay. Both my requests for a quiet room and an early check-in were accommodated. The room was beautifully designed, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, with everything within easy reach, including the main train station. A bathrobe and slippers would have been a nice addition, but it wasn't a big deal, so I didn't even ask. The check-out time of 12 PM is another big plus! Overall, a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

+Lage ist sehr gut. Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof Florence sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Altstadt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Zimmer komfortabel und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist top. 5* sind es nicht aber es passt soweit alles.

+Frühstück war klein aber sehr gut.
−Die Internet Seite für die Reisepass Anmeldung und Parkhaus Reservierung sieht aus wie eine billige Scam Seite. Bitte unbedingt erneuern. Darum würde auch kein Check-in online meinerseits gemacht.
