“Raportul calitate/preț nu este unul corect.”
+Mi-a plăcut faptul ca au ținut cont de cererea mea de a îmi selecta o cameră la un etaj superior.
−Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca locurile de parcare sunt insuficiente, faptul ca la recepție este o singură persoană și se așteaptă destul de mult. Când ieși din lift, holul dă impresia unui vagon, este un pic subdimensionat pentru un hol al unui hotel de 4 stele. Camera avea un miros neplăcut care părea ca vine de la baie, chiuveta avea o scurgere care funcționa greu, în sensul ca apa se scurgea cam greu. Micul dejun a fost unul foarte sărac, sucurile lor de dozator erau diluate cu apă peste măsură, aproape ca nu se simțea gustul de suc și nu estedeloc o exagerare, nu am mai întâlnit așa ceva. Am ales hotelul pentru poziția lui și pentru restaurantul pe care l am văzut pe Tik tok, însă nu are nimic special, este mic iar priveliștea nu este una wow. De asemenea, la plecare mi a fost înmânată o factură care nu era pe numele meu, deși am comunicat și predat cheia unde era destul de clar numărul camerei. Mi-am dat seama de eroare după ce aproape am plecat din parcare, am mers și am Explicat eroarea și până la urmă a fost corectată și mi s-a oferit factura și chitanțele solicitate. Una peste alta, prețul cerut pentru o noapte de cazare (160 euro cu mic dejun inclus, este unul exagerat pentru

“Bad customer service”
+The breakfast and the rooftop was nice.
−The AC was not working ! It was making very much noise and impossible to sleep! From the reception they couldn’t help and said we have to wait till next day for assistance!

+I like the position close to downtown
−I share to reception all what I dislike, first of all the inoperative electrical room key (the know the problem and they assign me that room as well), the shower has licked on the bathroom floor; furthermore the interphone was broken and I couldn't use it to call the reception (always I went down to talk with reception about the problems) and to set the wake-up call every day. I asked to reception to inform the management to get me a partial refund. They asked me to write an email but they don't yet answer me after 6 days.

+I had a very Good stay at the Union Plaza Hotel. All the staff were very nice, but I would especially like to highlight ALEXANDRA at the front desk, who was always incredibly kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. People like Alexandra are what make a stay truly memorable. Thank you!
