“Great location, nice hotel for a home base when you want to explore”
+The hotel is in a historic building in Mala Strana, just next to a square and a tram stop, so the location is great for people visiting Prague to explore the sights. The surrounding area is quite beautiful, there are a lot of cafes around. Charles bridge is 10 minutes away. The food at breakfast was delicious and plentiful; the pub restaurant also has good food and drinks. The staff was mainly young people who were all very friendly and good at their jobs. The room looks historic and is quite charming but has a modern bathroom, which is spacious and nice.
−Because the hotel is in a historic bulding there is no elevator and there are a lot of stairs and high treshholds between the facilites, so it's not suitable for people with mobility issues. Also, the street is very loud, but the windows isolate most of the noise. The pillows were quite big and fluffy but not firm enough, but this might be just my personal taste.

“Très beau séjour, très proche du pont Charles à quelques minutes à pied.”
+Avec les fenêtres fermées au 3ème étage, on n'entend pas le bruit des trams. La vue sur la place et les belles maisons est magnifique. Il y a l'air conditionné dans la chambre, la salle de bain hyper moderne. Le réceptionniste d'une grande aide lors de notre arrivée tard le soir pour garer la voiture.
−Un peu plus de sourires du personnel de service... Sinon rien.

+Piękny hotel, z własną duszą. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. W dodatku blisko do wielu atrakcji turystycznych. Zaraz obok przystanek tramwajowy, trudno wyobrazić mi sobie lepsze miejsce, do spędzenia noclegu w Pradze.

−Die Zimmer waren recht klein, das Bad nur mit einer nicht wirklich schließenden Schiebetür mit dem Zimmer verbunden.

+The accommodation is not far from the Charles Bridge. The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind. The breakfast was hearty and very delicious.
−Unfortunately, there is no elevator, and the building has 3 floors. We booked two rooms, and the television did not work in either of them.

“Glad att vi valde att bo på Lilla Sidan, Malá Strana, mycket lugnare än gamla stan.”
+Rummet var stort och fint med en östeuropeisk stil. Vi hade ett hörnrum med fyra stora fönster med utsikt ut mot gatan. Läget är perfekt, nära till allt och i närheten finns många trevliga kaféer och restauranger. Rummet var lite slitet men rent och badrummet var fantastiskt fint, nyrenoverat, stort lyxigt. I bottenvåningen ligger en restaurang som tillhör hotellet. De serverar mycket god tjeckisk husmanskost. Väldigt trevlig personal både i receptionen och i restaurangen.
−Trafiken utanför, framför all bussar och spårvagnar, det var inte så mycket bilar. Men tyst på natten ändå.

−Las camas pésimas, salimos con dolor de espalda. Deberían actualizar los colchones. Pésimo! No lo recomiendo! El personal muy agradable, lástima lo demás. Casi no descansamos por ese motivo. Sentimos que dormimos sobre tablas. 2 noches 360 euros . Para dormir mal, y no poder disfrutar bien de la ciudad. Estuvimos siempre agotados . Por ese motivo. Además no había nada para calentar agua. Ni una jarra con agua. Nada de nada. Que poco sentido de la atención. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO ME GUSTÓ!! Pésimo! 😡😢 La TV era vieja, solo 5 canales de noticias. El mando no funcionaba. Las cortinas no estaban bien enganchadas.
