“Great location for a short Melbourne trip with secure parking!”
+It was in a good location for 1 night in Melbourne before flying home. We were met by host and shown to the underground parking. Then taken to our suite. Everything was clean and comfortable. Fuel station close by for refueling rental car. Also some small restaurants close by for dinner options.

+Great place to stay before surgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Nothing takes your mind off the next day like a spa and a swim. Concierge was excellent, very helpful.

“Never book this accommodation.”
−This is not a regular accommodation venue as I was led to believe. It is actually an apartment complex. It is locked and you can not access this complex without a key. I didnt realise this when I booked the accommodation. I had spoken with the owner earlier that day to confirm my expected arrival time. I was told to ring him again when I arrived. When I arrived (on time at 2.00 pm) I rang and no answer. I had just driven down from NSW to Melbourne. I spent the next 45 minutes calling. No answer. I thought that I had been scammed. At this time I booked alternate accommodation. The guy called me at 6.00 pm asking when I was going to check in. I told him that he didnt answer, he disputed that I had called. I have all the screen shots on my phone, including photos of the building. He disputed it all. I told him to go to buggery. Luckily I was not charged for this booking. Booking.com should not have such venues in its offerings.

+The location and the view. It was easy to get to.
−Everything got wet in the bathroom when showering because of the steam. We had our 1 year old with us and found pills under the bed, lucky he didn't eat them

“Makes a hospital appointment comfortable and convenient.”
+The location is second to none - literally across the road from the Peter Mac Hospital. A balcony with views across the city. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
−Having to make a call and meet someone at the door to collect our keys was slightly inconvenient. I would prefer to be able to step up to a reception desk. The handles on the cupboard doors in the kitchen are a bit difficult to open for people with weak hands. But I know I’m being super picky here. The Turnkey Apartments are brilliant and I will definitely stay there again.

“Never again”
−Overpriced and under delivered. No clear instructions as to how to enter the building. Was never told we had to phone the number on Bookings.com. Room had a dirty odour as soon as we walked in. Just didn't feel clean. Old furniture, bedside tables had hardly any farnish left on. No smart TV, could connect but only when the person who should us the room had to ho and get a cable to the DVD!! player. We were told that if the signal dropped out that we should unplug and then replug the DVD. WIFI was slow. Couch was cheap. The room was not at all soundproof. Only one reverse cycle air-conditioning for the 2 bedroo apartment which was located in the living room, so heat the bedrooms we had to leave the interior doors open. Not great when there are two couples. Bed was far to "springy", not comfortable. First and last time we will stay here. Never again at the price.

“Staying here took all the tress out of all my medical appointments”
