“Comfortable accommodation, great location for a spot by the beach.”
+First of all, thank you to Jacob for accommodating us really well upon arrival. As soon as we entered the gate of the premises, you may slightly struggle to find the reception/ check in area, however once you walk straight, before the pool it’s to the left ( stairs to the lower ground floor) reception room. Jacob was the host and explained everything well upon check-in. He gave us the in and outs, local bus stops and timings, restaurants, must see towns and things to do. He was very knowledgeable and honest on what’s good or not. The room was clean, simple, open mini kitchenette with available cups/ glasses and cutlery. Shower was clean and functional, you won’t be disappointed. The bed was comfortable and spacious enough for two people. We also had a small balcony overlooking the high street and outdoor pool which was decent. Two chairs and outside dining table to enjoy your drinks, nice place to hang out. Pool was clean and was regularly cleaned every morning by the cleaning staff. I would say the best thing about this place is the location. To the left is a pharmacy, after that a mini supermarket( all your grocery needs, toiletries and drinks/ alcohol- Literally next door). They

+Rustig appartement en dagelijkse schoonmaak en handdoek wissel. Op 2 minuten lopen naar het strand, naast het appartement een apotheek en supermarkt. Diverse restaurants en op 3 minuten lopen en 24 uurs bakker.

+Great place to stay. Jacob was a great host. Gave us great advice about getting around the Island and some really good restaurants to visit. The room was great and spotless.

+I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness Iakovos showed us during our stay. We were able to check in earlier than the expected time, which was very helpful. He also gave us some really good recommendations without expecting anything in return, including great restaurants and interesting places to visit. The location was also convenient, close to the beach and the bus station, with a supermarket nearby. Overall, we appreciated the warm welcome and the helpfulness of the host.
−I didn’t understand how this place has a 9.4 rating on Booking.com, because unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Many of the appliances were rusty, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, and the refrigerator was full of ice and wasn’t clean. The curtains and drapes were thick with dust. These may seem like small details, but together they made the stay feel less comfortable and relaxing, and we didn’t really feel like we were on holiday. The location is good, and Perissa is not a huge place. You can walk to the bus station in about 10 minutes, and there are plenty of markets along the main street and even near the beach promenade. Overall, despite the good location, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and pleasant holiday experience.

+Piscina grande e pulita! Staff gentile e cordiale.
−Al nostro arrivo ci hanno sistemato su un appartamento diverso da quello prenotato in un hotel differente poiché erano in overbooking. Stanza carina ma mancava maggior parte delle stoviglie per usufruire al meglio della cucina. Un po di pulizia in più e maggior cura renderebbe tutto migliore.
