“Top class hotel in a small townhouse is a hidden treasure”
+Everything was wonderful! The room was available for early check in and extremely comfortable. Cute communal lounge area with teas and coffees. The location was amazing so close to Trinity College and in a completely quiet street so perfect for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

+The location was outstanding. We could walk to so many places. The room was comfortable, although a tad on the small size, as people have mentioned. Despite being near a main road it was quiet at night. The staff were all very pleasant. We would definitely stay again.
−We didn't seem to be able to turn off the heated towel rail, which made it pretty warm in a small room, and the duvet was very warm gor the time of year, but these were very minor niggles.

−Me tocó la habitación de la tercera planta. Pero no es la tercera es la 6ta y no hay ascensor. Un detalle pero todo lo demás espectacular.

“Excellent location, rooms, breakfasts and staff.”
+The location is very central, the room (108) was large and comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly. Breakfasts were v good and again the staff were excellent. One of our friends had requested a lower ground floor room and they ensured this happened.
−South Frederick Street can be noisy but is on the whole v quiet. Our room on the 3rd (top) floor had no lift but for those on good health, it wasn’t a problem either.
