“If I have to sumup my stay in couple of sentences then I would say overall it was a good stay.”
+The breakfast was good. The only thing is they were keeping the same South Indian dish everyday in breakfast; no other fruits than bananas.
−As I needed drinking water, 2-3 litre/day but they were only providing 2 bottles(500ml each), which is not at all sufficient. Breakfast timing should be kept till 10:30-10:45 AM; however, the timing for breakfast is only 8-10 AM. The timing was okay, but you can keep it 30-45 mins more. Everybody can't wake up at 8 AM, and they need some time to get fresh & then only they can go for breakfast.

−Booking Ref: 1996713949 - 13-15 May - Hotel Treebo Malhar, Pimpri (on Agoda site) They did not provide me early checkin inspite of my request one month ago Room A/c was not working. They kept assuring and after 2 hours I confronted them. The hotel staff asked me to checkout without refund and informed me to ask Treebo for refund as I had booked thru them. Hotel staff was excessively rude, ill mannered and abusive. I am now following up with Treebo for refund, but there is no response inspite of several complaints and reminders. Mainly they communicate thru Bots and mechanised responses. I had made booking from Agoda site thru Treebo agent. I will strongly recommend people to avoid this Hotel Malhar, Pimpri. Also don't deal with either Treebo or Agoda in future as the quality and integrity is questionable and they are hopeless and shameless people.

+Absolutely rubbish service not by treebo but by booking.com,you can't resolve a problem of my refund process, either you say yes or no, infact you don't care about customers, i always use to book by booking it's unfortunate to get this type of service.

+Food was super awesome.
+Even though I had a confirmed and prepaid booking, the hotel sent we away for xenophobic reasons. At the other hotel I had to pay more money and never received the promised refund. Do not book at Treebo Malhaar Regency!
