+This was an amazing find! We were on the Gold Coast fro one night at late notice - wish we could have styaed longer. Breakfast is not provided but there is a fully equipped kitchen, fridges, common room, dining room for you to enjoy. And restiaruants close by (Thai Restaurant in Pimpama center is great)

−Cheap bed linen and room furniture.No pillow protectors, pillow slips smelt of oily skin and dust,hence buying a sheet set to be able to sleep. No hand towel or face washer. Photo of the pool should be removed from the listing as I was told it was a no go zone due to being unusable. Could hear owners flushing their toilet and conversations. A depressing stay with a noisy portable air conditioner and no basic room/bathroom necessities provided for a paying guest. Could not even have some water in the room. A list of rules a page long were handed to me to be read and signed upon arrival. A total waste of $195

−You would think if you have to take your shoes off before being allowed in they might give you a seat to sit on. How about a door bell to let the owners know that you have arrived, what about a bed side light and heven forbid a bed side table or even a chair in the bedroom The private barthrooms are down the hall and don't have reasonable door locks or even doors for privacy when cleaning teeth ect. You have to sign a contract to say you won't take a glass of water or any food or drink into the bedroom plus a whole host of other stipulations. As far as I can tell they are aiming at abusultley no return customers. As for the "on ground level " well yes the owners live on ground level but those inconvenient guests have to negotiate steep slippery stairs with luggage. The swimming pool is down the side a a very steep hill with no working steps. One television in the main lounge room with poor reception due to the free standing out side aerial standing in the corner behind the TV. The parking is line up in the driveway and hope the anyone behind you does not want to leave before you. All in all I'd stay their adds are bordering on deceptive and would say find somewhere else to stay
