“Convenient and comfortable for our visit to explore Tupper Lake, NY”
+Basic choices, yogurt, bagel, cereals, etc. to start off our day of activities without having to go out for breakfast. A surprise was the EV charging at no cost. Convenient location in the town, easy access to restaurants and attractions. Excellent hot water and shower pressure!
−We had a room with a door to an adjoining room which was not sound proof at all- we could hear the guests in that room very clearly which means they could hear us! Also we did not want to use the TV for fear it would bother the neighbors. Lost hot water for a day, due to the propane company not making a delivery. The staff dealt with this as fast as possible, but no hot shower one morning.

+I liked the location of Trailhead in Tupper Lake. We travelled to see the Wild Center and it was very close by. I liked the size of our room (1 bedroom king-bed suite) and the amount of lamps to choose how much light we wanted.
−There are several issues that could not be solved in an hour, so I did not contact management. These are the issues: - breakfast was horrendous: stale pastries from a grocery store, plastic wrapped bagels, some oatmeal packets, and a keurig machine. travel sized cereal containers were there on the first day but never refilled, so it ran out quickly. - broken window on our picture window. there was a large crack across the entire pane. - no dead bolt on our main door - no peep hole to see who is at the door - bathroom door didn't latch, misaligned handle/latch - the door to the adjoining room had 2 dead bolts on it but only one was aligned (see a theme?) with the handle. the door around the deadbolts was stripped away like cardboard. - in the shower: stem to switch between tub filler & shower head is broken off, you can only take showers. the tub faucet runs steady when showering. there are holes left in the drywall & tile from removed fixtures, those holes were not filled in. The shower curtain was missing a hook, so it flopped around. - the wall paneling in all rooms is warping, and nails are sticking out of the walls. some nails as little as the head popped out, some as much as a

−The "breakfast included" was just cereal and bagels. There were no spoons to eat the cereal. Everything in the town was closed. We had to drive 30 miles to Saranac Lake for dinner. Should have stayed there.
