“Quiet, restful, excellent staff that dealt very welwith a number of connectivity issues with booking”
+Outstanding.
−Need better sound proofing; noise from gathering area filtered into our room just off the large area.
“Did housekeeping quit?”
+The staff we encountered were wonderful. We had issues with the room and the desk clerk did everything she could to make it right. Another lady was already off shift and came to help as well.
−Housekeeping apparently quit mid shift. Upon arrival our beds were stripped, the dirty linens were piled in the corner, and then they left without cleaning anything. The trash cans were full and there were dirty dishes in the sink.
“Would stay again how they recommend it”
+This was a very nice day, would stay again. The space was very inviting and they supplied snacks, water, and everything you might need. Including coffee soap, makeup application items very nice.
−Could have used more towels. We were there for two nights and only had two washcloths. I can reuse my towel, but don’t like to reuse the wash washcloth.

+The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent and the staff working breakfast are super nice and helpful.
